Delivery times vary between 7 and 15 days , depending on the product and destination. As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking code and can track every step of the way directly in the " Tracking " section of our website.
Are some purchases considered final sales?
We cannot accept returns on certain items. These will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Most items are machine washable at 30°C. To maintain their shape and color, we recommend using a delicate detergent and avoiding tumble drying and ironing.
Do WOOF garments restrict the dog's movement?
No. We only select lightweight, comfortable products designed to allow freedom of movement. Your dog should be able to move, play, and run in complete comfort.
Are they also suitable for sensitive dogs?
Yes. Many of our products use soft, breathable materials without harsh seams. They're also perfect for dogs who don't usually like to be dressed.
Can I return a product?
